Robert M. Kimmel, MD, FACS  is the only board certified plastic surgeon in Schuylkill County trained in plastic, reconstructive, hand surgical procedures and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.  For the convenience of his patients, he also staffs and maintains a second  office location in Hazleton,  Luzerne County. Dr. Kimmel and his staff recognize that choosing a qualified, experienced plastic surgeon is the patient’s first and most important step on the road to cosmetic enhancement.
