Forehead Lift (Brow Lift)

Forehead (or Brow) lift is a procedure performed to provide a lasting improvement in the appearance of the forehead and eyebrow region by elevating the eyebrow, improving eyebrow contour and reducing or eliminating wrinkles across the forehead and between the eyebrows, which are typically responsible for a tired or angry appearance.  Utilizing a minimally invasive endoscopic technique involving small incisions placed behind the  hairline, a forehead lift is a relatively brief outpatient procedure performed under either IV sedation or general anesthesia in a State Licensed, Nationally Accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center (see ‘about Keystone Surgery Center’) and typically requires an approximately one week recovery time.  It is commonly performed in conjunction with other facial cosmetic procedures such as Blepharoplasty (ie. eyelid tuck).

When considering a forehead lift, or indeed any cosmetic procedure, be sure to select a qualified, experienced plastic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). As a board certified plastic surgeon with over 15 years of clinical practice experience and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS– The Mark of Distinction in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery®), Dr. Robert Kimmel welcomes the opportunity to help you achieve your goals for cosmetic enhancement and enjoy a happier, more confident lifestyle.
