Hyperpigmentation

• Microdermabrasion

Great for anyone, a microdermabrasion facial includes an efficient cleanser for your specific skin type before a round of microdermabrasion is performed.  The procedure utilizes a powerful yet gentle, mechanical exfoliation with a machine with a diamond tip head that glides across the skin removing the outer layer of dead skin cells. Once your skin is free of the dull skin cells, antioxidant protection, soothing moisturizer, eye cream and sunscreen is applied. The result is a vibrant, healthy, glowing appearance and complexion.

Chemical Peels

• Glycolic Peels
  Glycolic acid is a mild AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) used to help with many skin conditions.  Glycolic acid is found in many skin care products such as cleansers, serums and varies in strengths ranging from 30-70%. It gently exfoliates layers of skin to help stimulate collagen and elastin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles over time and helps with mild sun damage (dark spots, hyperpigmentation, freckles).

• Triple Bright PeelThis medium depth peel includes a combination of 20% Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA), 10% Lactic Acid, 0.5% Kojic Acid and can be used on multiple body areas.   It’s formulated to minimize the appearance of fine lines and dark spots on your face, neck, decollete and hands! Perfect in reducing sun damage after the summer, this peel helps give you a brighter, more even toned, younger-looking appearance.

• TCA 25%
  25% TCA peels are used to decrease moderate- deep age (dark) spots, fine lines, acne scars and coarse wrinkles.  Providing medium-depth exfoliation, 25% TCA peels are formulated to minimize the inconveniences caused by higher percentage TCA peels, including pain and downtime.  This TCA peel works best for patients experiencing moderate hyperpigmentation and more pronounced visible signs of aging. One of the best anti-aging peels to help reduce the signs of aging.

• Laser Skin Rejuvenation (Syneron® RF/IPL)
  Safely and comfortably fade the appearance of skin imperfections caused by the sun and uneven skin tones caused by brown and red spots.  Highly selective light energies are absorbed by the blood vessels and pigmented skin cells resulting in improvement in such conditions as rosacea and age spots.  This process helps specifically target damaged cells, while preserving adjacent normal tissue.
